Certificate II in Community Services
CHC20215 Certificate II in Community Services is a nationally recognised course and is helpful if you are considering working in the community services sector. This qualification may be used as a pathway for workforce entry as community services workers who provide a first point of contact and assist individuals in meeting their immediate needs. At this level, work takes place under direct, regular supervision within clearly defined guidelines.

HLTWHS001 Participate in workplace health and safety
BSBWOR202 Organise and complete daily work activities

CHCDIV002 Promote Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander cultural safety
CHCPRT001 Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
CHCVOL001 Be an effective volunteer (requires 20 hours volunteer work)
FSKDIG03 Use digital technology for routine workplace tasks
FSKLRG09 Use strategies to respond to routine workplace problems
Flexible commencement dates when enrolment process is completed.
Expected time frame for completion is 6 months and is also dependent on level of existing skills and experience.

- Payment plans – Made up of the first instalment plus admin fee and remainder divided into equal monthly payments.
